In the Batken region, in the city of Aydarken in the Kadamjai district, there is a historical site — the building of the first House of Culture.

The construction of this building began almost 70 years ago, and its opening was timed to coincide with the visit of Iskhak Razzakov.

Interestingly, the walls of the House of Culture were built by Chechen craftsmen, who used ordinary stones that have survived to this day.

According to the memories of local residents, the construction was completed in 1956, and Iskhak Razzakov was present at the ceremony.
At that time, the surrounding villages, such as Jal, Sirt, Eshme, Bel, Chechme, and Ormosh, did not have electricity.

Local residents turned to Razzakov with requests for the organization of lighting, which was subsequently resolved.

With the establishment of the new House of Culture in 1986, the old building was repurposed as a madrasah.
