The Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satiev, identified deficiencies during the major renovation of the building of the Kara-Kulja District Court.

According to the press service of the Supreme Court, 24 million soms were spent on the works. The opening of the court building after reconstruction is scheduled for November 10, 2025.

According to the Chairman of the Kara-Kulja District Court, Saparbek Junusov, the infrastructure has been improved. Afterward, they proceeded to the restroom. There, Saparbek Junusov showed what kind of restroom is used by visitors to the district court and what kind is used by the staff and judges.

This outraged the Chairman of the Supreme Court. "A good restroom for judges, and for the people — the same as before. Everything should be demolished and redone," Mederbek Satiev stated.

The press service of the Supreme Court previously reported that on October 16-17, Chairman Mederbek Satiev familiarized himself with the construction of administrative buildings for courts in the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions.

On October 16, Mederbek Satiev visited the construction sites of the Ala-Buka and Aksy District Courts in the Jalal-Abad region.

For the construction of the new court building, the Ala-Buka District State Administration allocated a land plot of 50 hundredths. Of these, 25 hundredths are used directly for construction, while the remaining part is for infrastructure development. During the inspection, Mederbek Satiev gave a number of instructions to bring the building layout in line with modern standards.

According to the project, a new three-story building has been constructed. The design took into account safety, comfort, and accessibility requirements for court staff, citizens, and participants in judicial processes.

After visiting the Ala-Buka District Court, the Chairman reviewed the land plot allocated for the construction of the Aksy District Court building.

On October 17, the Chairman of the Supreme Court reviewed the progress of the major renovation of the administrative building of the Kara-Kulja District Court in the Osh region.

He then participated in the ceremony of laying a capsule in the foundation of the new building of the Uzgen District Court. Representatives of local authorities and the judiciary participated in the event.

The Chairman of the Supreme Court stated that the new court building would meet modern conditions and international standards, creating all opportunities for conducting open, safe, and comfortable judicial processes.

The previous building of the Uzgen District Court used to belong to a kindergarten and, according to resolution No. 284 dated July 9, 1996, was transferred to the balance of the Uzgen People's Court. For many years, hundreds of judicial workers operated in this premises and thousands of cases were considered; however, the building no longer met modern requirements and created inconveniences for staff work.

The new court building is being constructed on a land plot of 6345.25 square meters, with a total building area of 2760 square meters. It will include three floors and a basement, more than 50 offices, 8 courtrooms, as well as technical premises, an open parking lot, a boiler room, and sanitary facilities.

The Chairman of the Supreme Court inspected the construction of the new building of the Kara-Suu District Court in the Osh region. Due to significant violations of deadlines by the contractor, Mederbek Satiev instructed the director of the Judicial Department to investigate the circumstances of the deadline violations and take appropriate measures, including possible termination of the contract.

Additionally, he inspected the site planned for transfer to the judicial system for the construction of the House of Justice in the city of Osh.
