At the end of November, new banknotes with a denomination of 20 and 50 soms will be issued in Kyrgyzstan. This information was announced at the opening ceremony of the new building of the National Bank of the country.
The Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Melis Turgunbaev, informed President Sadyr Japarov that the process will begin on November 17.
According to him, all printing work has been completed, and preparations are now underway to start the production of fresh banknotes.
