It is expected that 95 new Yutong buses will arrive in Bishkek in mid or late November. This was reported by Artur Omurzakov, the chief engineer of the 2nd fleet of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport," on the air of Birinchi Radio.

According to him, specialists are currently in China to check the buses for compliance with technical requirements. "After the inspection is completed, the shipping process will begin. The journey will take about two weeks. Then customs clearance, paperwork, and acceptance of the buses will follow, after which they will be able to start operating on routes," Omurzakov explained.

Additionally, he noted that the purchase was made with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. "These are three-door buses, twelve meters long, equipped with air conditioning and video cameras to enhance the safety of both passengers and drivers. They meet all modern standards," he added.

According to Omurzakov, the fleet of the company consists of 1,523 buses of various models.
