According to Azimov, the focus will shift from the traditional emphasis on the center of Bishkek to the development of all districts. For example, the Oktobrskiy and Pervomayskiy districts will have their own centers. The Lenin district will be centered around the new stadium and CHPP-2, while the center for Pervomayskiy will be the area of the new Osh market and bus station.
