In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, on October 30 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the supply of drinking water will be suspended in residential areas, schools, children's institutions, medical facilities, and other social and industrial facilities.
The press service of the city administration reported that the outage will affect the Ak-Bosogo residential area, including institutions such as Secondary School No. 81, Centralized Medical Facility No. 13, Preschool Institution No. 2 "ALTYNAY," as well as Police Station No. 15 and MTU No. 16.
The reason for the outage is planned repair work at the water intakes "Ak Bosogo-1" and "Ak Bosogo-2," as well as on the city's water supply networks.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" apologizes for any inconvenience and recommends that residents and organizations stock up on drinking water in advance.
