According to law enforcement agencies, the detainees were B. D., born in 2004, and M. N., born in 2003. Protocols were drawn up against them under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning petty hooliganism. After all necessary documents were processed, they were placed in a temporary detention cell.
The capital's police reminded residents and guests of Bishkek about the importance of maintaining public order. The agency emphasized that serious penalties, including imprisonment for up to five years, are provided for intentional actions that disturb public peace, as well as for aggressive behavior or participation in mass brawls.
