On the evening of September 14, around 18:00, a report was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District about a mass brawl near the "third pond." An investigative operational group was sent to the scene, which established that the victim sustained multiple injuries from an attack by unknown individuals.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health. As a result of operational actions, the suspects were identified and detained: A. B. (born in 1987) and T. V. (born in 1988). In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they were placed in a temporary detention facility, and the local court determined the preventive measure in the form of arrest.
