Preliminary data indicates that Mirlan has been diagnosed with a broken jaw, knocked-out teeth, and lip injuries. He is currently receiving the necessary medical assistance.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated on October 25 under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, concerning hooliganism. The suspects J. A., S. A., E. A., and S. E., all born in 1997, have been detained and are now in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The capital's police emphasized that violations of public order that pose a threat to the safety of citizens may lead to criminal liability, including imprisonment for up to five years.
