According to insider information, Warner Bros. has already received three offers from Paramount Skydance Corp., which ranged from $19 to $24 per share, but all of them were rejected.
Additionally, companies such as Apple and Amazon have shown interest in purchasing Warner Bros. Netflix, along with telecommunications corporation Comcast, is looking to acquire the library of films and television shows, as well as the production assets of Warner Bros.
Warner Bros. Discovery was formed as a result of the merger between WarnerMedia and Discovery Inc. in 2022. It includes well-known brands such as DC Comics and HBO, as well as Warner Bros. Entertainment, which holds the rights to iconic films like "Harry Potter," "The Lord of the Rings," "Dune," and "The Matrix."
