It is reported that the incident has been registered in the Incident Record Journal (IRJ).
According to preliminary data, investigators determined that at the time of the incident, there were three people in the apartment: foreigners V.Yu. and T.A., both born in 1988, as well as V.T., born in 1987. A conflict arose between them, as a result of which the woman fell from the balcony. In connection with this, a criminal case has been initiated, and the men were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing under the supervision of the Internal Affairs Directorate management.
