A case involving a young man and a minor girl was recorded in one of the booths.
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, law enforcement officers conducted an inspection at the entertainment establishment “Antikino.” This information was received from the city’s Main Internal Affairs Directorate (GUVD).
According to law enforcement, the main goal of the raid was to curb illegal entrepreneurial activities and protect minors from potential criminal actions and involvement in unlawful acts. A check was also conducted to ensure compliance with current legislation in the field of public leisure services.
“During the inspection, facts were revealed indicating that the establishment provides visitors with conditions for privacy in rooms that can be locked from the inside. This activity can be classified as providing hotel services without a license. It was established that some administrators, using the name ‘Antikino,’ create an atmosphere that may encourage unlawful actions, including cases involving minors,” noted the GUVD.
The GUVD of Bishkek emphasizes that such establishments pose potential threats to the safety of citizens, especially youth. Law enforcement urges parents to be attentive and inquire about how and where their children spend their time.
