During the operational and preventive action "Anti-Racket," conducted on October 23 and 24 in Bishkek, establishments presented as "Antikino" were inspected.
According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, as a result of the raids, cases were discovered where establishments provided visitors with closed rooms for privacy, which effectively constitutes the provision of hotel services without the proper license.
It was found that some establishments, using the name "Antikino," create conditions that facilitate possible offenses, including the involvement of minors.
Among the main objectives of this operation:
- termination of illegal commercial activities;
- protection of minors from possible offenses and unacceptable actions;
- monitoring compliance with laws in the field of public leisure services.
