From October 24 to 27, 2025, an important raid called "Behind the Wheel" is taking place in Kyrgyzstan, organized by the Main Department for Ensuring Road Safety (GUOBDD) of the Kyrgyz Republic. The main goal of this event is to increase driver responsibility on the roads and reduce the number of traffic accidents.
During the raid, special attention will be paid to the following violations:
- driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol;
- exceeding the speed limit;
- illegal installation or concealment of license plates;
- actions that create noise and threaten the safety of citizens, especially at night, including illegal car racing.
Stricter measures will be applied to drivers who violate the rules in accordance with the country's legislation.
GUOBDD calls on all road users to strictly adhere to established rules and to be attentive while driving.
