On October 21, the Manas City Court reviewed the case materials and found citizens M.B., Y.Sh., K.T., E.A., and T. uulu S. guilty, imposing an administrative arrest of three days on each of them.
The police noted that such situations occur quite often due to the lack of a unified regulation for conducting alaman ulak. In August 2025, by the directive of the chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev, the "Alaman Ulak" federation was established, which developed and approved official rules and regulations for this game.
Alaman ulak is a mass form of kok-boru (ulak-tartish), a traditional horseback game where dozens of riders compete for the carcass of a goat, trying to carry it to a designated point.
