According to information from the investigative-operational group, at the time of the incident, three foreigners were in the apartment: V.Y. and T.A. (both born in 1988) and V.T. (born in 1987). A conflict between them led to the woman falling from the balcony. A criminal case has been initiated against the men, and they have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is currently ongoing under the supervision of the Internal Affairs Directorate.
