All participants in the incident were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. According to medical examination, all four were under the influence of alcohol.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and appropriate examinations have been appointed.
The suspects, all born in 1997, J.A., S.A., E.A., and S.E., have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The police noted that intentional actions that violate public order, as well as participation in mass brawls, carry criminal liability, including imprisonment for up to five years.
The investigation of the incident is ongoing.
