“The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital reminds that the creation and distribution of content must comply with the criminal code and the code of administrative offenses. In case of violations, the law provides for measures of responsibility, which can be either administrative or criminal, depending on the severity of the violation,” the statement emphasizes.
The department calls on bloggers, streamers, and content creators to act responsibly, show awareness, and respect the rights of citizens and public order. “Remember that freedom of speech does not exempt you from responsibility for the consequences of your actions,” the statement added.
