The Main Department of Internal Affairs also reminded that any creation and distribution of content must comply with the norms of the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses.
In the event of illegal actions being detected, those responsible will be held accountable, which may be either administrative or criminal, depending on the severity of the offenses.
The police called on the internet community to act responsibly and to treat public order with respect: "Freedom of speech does not exempt one from responsibility for the consequences of their actions."
