An on-site inspection was organized with the participation of specialists from the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction, the Republican Center for Certification in Construction, and the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control. The main goal is to assess the legality of the work, check the condition of the load-bearing structures, and ensure compliance with seismic resistance requirements.
During the inspection, all construction work has been suspended until clarifications regarding the legality of the documents are obtained, which has been documented in writing.
