According to preliminary information, in the village of Sosnovka, the driver of a BMW X5 collided with a Ford Mondeo and, without waiting for help, left the scene of the accident heading north.
At around 00:20, at the 74th kilometer of the highway, this BMW X5 collided at high speed with a Renault Premium truck, which was also traveling in the same direction. In this tragic collision, the driver of the BMW X5, S. R. B., born in 1993, and his female passenger, a young woman aged 20-25, were killed.
The Traffic Safety Department confirmed that investigative actions are ongoing, and the circumstances of the incident, as well as the identity of the deceased, are being established.
