Currently, 19 of them are suspected of hooliganism, as stipulated by part 2 of article 21 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and they have been detained.

Additionally, the question of revoking Russian citizenship is being considered for two of the subjects who obtained it earlier.

Administrative protocols have also been drawn up for 65 detainees under various articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. A decision will be made regarding the expulsion of some individuals from the Russian Federation.

It should be noted that the conflict among migrants occurred on October 25 in the residential complex "Prokshino" and escalated into a mass brawl during which sticks, shovels, and road signs were used. According to one local resident, the skirmish began the day before, but today it reached its peak. It is believed that the conflict involved representatives of the contractor organizations of the developer and private repairmen who often work with migrants. Local residents associate this incident with competition for clients.
