According to the submitted document, it is planned:
Urban rail transport, which will connect the "west" with the "center" and "east," including routes to the villages of Kozhomkul and Novopokrovka. The project includes plans for: electrification of a 28-kilometer section of the railway line, construction of additional tracks on single-track sections, reconstruction of four existing stations ("Bishkek-1," "Bishkek-2," "Sokuluk," "Alamedin"), creation of four new stations, and restoration of four stopping points, as well as the construction of a railway depot.
Light rail transport (tram) will serve passengers on the routes "south — center" and "southwest — southeast," connecting with the future bus station. The creation of tram tracks with a total length of 45.1 kilometers and one tram depot is planned.
Metrobus with a length of 93.4 kilometers will provide passenger transport in the directions "north — south" and "north — center," linking important transport hubs such as bus stations and the international airport "Manas."
Additionally, the master plan project includes the development of a network of non-rail public transport (buses and electric buses), which will serve both existing and new residential and commercial areas.
The total length of the main road network, including the planned network of bus and electric bus lines, will be 685.4 kilometers.
To ensure the servicing and storage of the new rolling stock, the construction of two new bus depots and the reconstruction of four old ones are planned.
Also, as part of the master plan, the development of infrastructure for individual mobility is planned, with the creation of a universal network of bicycle routes.
A continuous network of bicycle routes with a length of 152 kilometers is proposed, integrated with urban rail transport through transport interchange hubs.
To improve the parking situation for passenger cars, it is proposed to expand the scope of the paid municipal parking system and to build multi-level parking lots near major attractions for city residents.
