The City Hall plans to carry out demolition
Melis Nurlanbekov, Deputy Head of the Land Use Control Department, stated in an interview on "Birinchi Radio" that the demolition of illegal constructions located along the BChK and the Alamidin and Ala-Archa rivers will begin in Bishkek.
According to him, 363 buildings have been identified that do not comply with the legislation. Among them are capital constructions that were erected in violation of construction norms.
"Some of these objects have already become the subject of legal disputes. However, all buildings located in protected zones are subject to demolition, as their construction contradicts the law," Nurlanbekov added.
