For example, if people report a lack of buses on certain routes in the evening, we try to increase the number of units on those routes to reduce the number of complaints," added Omurzakov.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the entry of buses into the depot is strictly controlled. Drivers are not allowed to leave their workplace without a valid reason. "If a bus returns earlier than scheduled, it is always checked. We assess the condition of the vehicle and the health of the driver. Sometimes personal circumstances arise, such as the death of a loved one. But such cases are not systematic. All complaints are reviewed, and if it turns out that the driver returned without a valid reason, appropriate measures are taken. We closely monitor discipline and respond to all complaints," concluded the chief engineer.
