The judicial authorities have banned the activities of these resources
In Bishkek, the Oktyabrsky District Court recognized the materials of the media projects Temirov Live, Kloop.kg (NGO "Kloop Media"), and "Ait ait dese" as extremist.
According to information from the Bishkek City Court, this decision was made on October 27 as a result of the prosecutor's petition being granted. The court established that the materials of the mentioned media projects, as well as the activities of their founders — T. B. M. (Bolot Temirov) and T. R. R. (Rinat Tukhvatshin) — constitute extremism.
In this regard, the court imposed a ban on the operation of these resources and their internet pages.
The responsibility for the enforcement of this decision has been assigned to the Service for Regulation and Supervision in the Field of Communications under the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
