According to the press service of the Supreme Court, on October 24, 2025, the chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satiev, signed a decree appointing Elyarbek Abdimitalipov to this position.
At the official ceremony, attended by judges and court staff, Nurlan Musaev, the deputy chairman of the Supreme Court, introduced Abdimitalipov, emphasizing that his term will last five years.
Among the participants of the event were the authorized representative of the president in the Talas region, the prosecutor, heads of regional departments of the State Committee for National Security and Internal Affairs, a representative of the Talas city administration, as well as chairpersons and judges of local courts.
