Participating in the board were the akims of seven districts, heads of various institutions and enterprises, village council leaders, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The opening speech was delivered by Elchibek Jantaev, the presidential representative in the Osh region. He provided detailed information on social and economic indicators, as well as on completed, ongoing, and planned work in the region.
The head of the region also emphasized the importance of the issue of maternal mortality, pointing out 8 registered cases this year.
“In the Kara-Suu district, 3 cases were registered, 2 in the Nookat district, and 1 in the Uzgen district. These figures exceed last year's level. A thorough analysis must be conducted, and preventive measures implemented,” he added.
