According to the press service of the Interior Ministry of the Batken region, in October 2025, several residents of the rural municipality of Too-Moyun, located in the Aravan district, reported to the local police department about a man who, according to them, deceived them.
According to the victims, 45-year-old Y.A., a resident of the village of Aviz, used the names of his acquaintances to obtain loans from banks in Kyzyl-Kiya, after which he embezzled the money and disappeared.
Eight episodes of this crime have been registered with the police department. During the investigation, it was established that the total amount of damage caused is 1 million 987 thousand soms.
Officers from the criminal investigation department conducted operational activities and detained Y.A. in Bishkek.
The investigation is ongoing.
