Residents of the village of Toguz-Bulak, located in the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region, are urgently asking local authorities and law enforcement agencies to protect their children from hooligans who attack schoolchildren.
According to parents, high school students beat younger students, demand money from them, and force them to complete difficult assignments. It is noted that last year, as a result of such bullying, one boy died, and another sustained serious injuries. Parents are afraid to contact the police, as they believe this could lead to further attacks on their children. For example, recently, after filing a complaint, two brothers were brutally beaten.
A video has appeared on social media capturing one of these incidents. The author of the recording claims that the hooligans beat the schoolchildren in the gym.
The Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region responded to this publication. Representatives of the agency reported that on October 24, a message was received at the Tyup police department about an incident that occurred in the gym of the secondary school named after Sh. Asanaliev in the village of Toguz-Bulak. The incident took place on October 16 at 23:01 and involved citizens A.O. and S.A.
During the investigation, it was established that on October 16, young people were playing volleyball in the gym when a conflict arose between them, resulting in a 15-year-old schoolboy being beaten. The participants of the fight were taken to the police, and an investigation is currently underway with the necessary examinations being appointed.
