Toguz-Bulak is one of the prestigious ski resorts in the Chui region, located in the Issyk-Ata district. The resort is situated in the village of the same name, 44 km from Bishkek at an altitude of 2300 m.
Toguz-Bulak is a small village located 50 km west of Bishkek. It is quite easy to reach by car. To get there, you need to drive up Almatinskaya Street towards the mountains and turn left at the fork in the village of Koy-Tash. Then continue straight along the mountains to Toguz-Bulak, where there will be appropriate signage. You can also reach Toguz-Bulak via the upper road to the Issyk-Ata resort. It is unlikely that you will get lost.
Toguz-Bulak began operating as a ski base back in 1978, but after several years of operation, this resort was unjustly forgotten. However, in 2003, after a major reconstruction, Toguz-Bulak became famous among winter recreation enthusiasts in just a couple of ski seasons, all thanks to its excellent well-maintained slopes and European-level service. By 2005, a new chairlift was installed and put into operation here. From that moment on, the base became "a legend," as it is the only place in Kyrgyzstan with this type of lift. The length of the lift is 2000 meters, with a height difference of 400 meters.
Here, 9 slopes of varying difficulty and length from 2 to 3 km are organized for uninterrupted operation, allowing for high-speed skiing as well as calm rides; for extreme sports enthusiasts, equipped jumps are available. Throughout the ski season, experienced instructors are on hand to assist at any moment.
Another advantage of this resort is the terrain features that make each run completely new and open up wide horizons for lovers of diverse skiing.
With such a rich array of advantages, the resort is rightly considered one of the most popular in Kyrgyzstan, especially since besides skiing, visitors can enjoy the wonderful developed infrastructure of the complex. First of all, there is a restaurant with exquisite cuisine, both European and national. A bar with a wide selection of soft and alcoholic drinks is also available.
The hotel offers beautiful, cozy rooms, a conference hall, a sauna, and equipment rental. In addition to the hotel, small wooden guest houses can be rented, which also provide all the necessary services for relaxation. Cozy comfortable rooms in the hotel and wooden cabins with all amenities. There are 2 individual cottages (log cabins) with amenities (toilet, shower, hot water).

- 2.1 hectares of privately owned land for infrastructure development
- 82 hectares of land for temporary use for ski slopes
- Chairlift 1800 meters long (after major repairs)
- Capacity of 197 people/hour (with all documents)
- Café (dining room) with a terrace (capacity 54 people + terrace 30 people)
- Hotel houses 350 sq/m
- Two log cabins (for hotel use) of 16 sq/m each (new buildings with repairs)
- Own transformer of 400 kW (after major repairs)
- Vehicles: 1 snow groomer (after major repairs), 1 snowmobile (after major repairs)
- Parking for 100 cars
- Water supply and sewage are 100% connected
