A new ski resort has opened in the mountains near the city of Kok-Jangak in the Jalal-Abad region. This was reported to "Azattyk" by one of its owners, Bolot Ismailov.
According to him, the new resort has been established through the efforts of three local residents. The necessary equipment was brought from Bishkek.
It is noted that conditions have also been created for night skiing. Lights have been installed on 5 hectares of the slope.
In recent years, Kyrgyzstan has begun to pay attention to the development of ski tourism. Previously, there were only a few ski resorts in the regions of the country.
