Perfect Trails for Skiers and Snowboarders
The Norus Ski Complex has become a pilgrimage center for winter sports enthusiasts in Kyrgyzstan. First of all, "Norus" is a 40-minute drive along one of the most beautiful roads. Upon arrival, one of the most impressive experiences will be the ascent to a height via the cable car, with the option to stop at the height that seems most appealing for skiing. The ski trails are prepared in such a way that they open wide horizons for athletes of any skill level; both amateurs and professionals will feel equally comfortable here, and the trails are also perfect for learning. There is a trail for super-professionals and extreme sports enthusiasts — heli-skiing, which is a dizzying descent from a height at high speed.
The Norus ski base is located in the beautiful Ala-Archa Gorge at an altitude of 1980 meters above sea level, 35 km from the city of Bishkek. In terms of technical equipment and infrastructure, the base is on par with European resorts. This ski resort is suitable for both families and business people who love active recreation.
On the territory of the Norus ski base, there is a hotel equipped to European standards. The rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a TV, refrigerator, shower, toilet, and stylish furniture.
On the first floor of the hotel, there is a café-bar and restaurant where you can enjoy the delights of national and European cuisine. For conferences or special events, there is a spacious hall equipped with everything necessary.

At "Norus," there are 2 cable cars with lifts - 600 m and 1600 m - for professionals confidently skiing and snowboarders.
A new cable car for beginners has been opened, measuring 650 meters in length. All trails are prepared with a Kaessbohrer snow groomer.
The slopes of "Norus" allow for the formation of trails of any difficulty level: for professionals, advanced amateurs, and of course, for beginners and novices. On the territory of the base, there is a restaurant with European and national cuisine, a café-bar, a disco bar, and billiards.
Instructors are available. There is equipment rental (snowboards: Salamon, Fanatic, Axis; skis: Kneissl, Fischer, Elan).
At an altitude of 3050 m, the Norus base is equipped with a helicopter pad for heli-skiing with descent to the cable car (1850 m) and to trails of varying difficulty. You are lifted up by a MI 8 MTV helicopter, with a flight time of approximately 10 minutes. Then you can make an exhilarating descent at least 10 times.
