Ski Resort "Oruu-sai"

The Ski Base "Oruu-Sai" is located at an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level in the gorge of the same name, 35 km from the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.

The Ski Base "Oruu-Sai," one of the most famous resorts in the world, is very popular among tourists. A variety of leisure activities and excursion programs are one of the main components of modern recreation. Like most resorts around the world, the Ski Base "Oruu-Sai" can provide different levels of recreation at various prices. This resort offers both luxurious hotels and budget accommodations.



Thanks to its convenient location, "Oruu-Sai" is an excellent place for winter recreation with well-prepared ski trails. The base has three ski lifts of varying lengths and difficulty levels. The season starts in December and lasts until March. The first trail is of medium difficulty, with a length of 1000 m. The second and third trails are suitable for thrill-seekers, with lengths of 800 m and 850 m respectively.

Regarding accommodation, the ski base "Oruu-Sai" offers two hotels:
- the main one - "Oruu-Sai" - opened in 2009 after a major renovation
- the second one - with the poetic name "Hut" offering simple living conditions



Hotel "ORUU-SAI" is fully renovated, comfortable, and cozy. It is a three-story building. On the first floor:
- restaurant, bar, billiards, table tennis, equipment rental. Accommodation is available in spacious single, double, and triple rooms of various categories.

Standard: single beds, television. Shared bathroom on the floor.

Improved standard: soft furniture, coffee table, television, two single beds. Shared bathroom on the floor.

Junior suite: double bed, satellite TV, private bathroom.

Suite: double bed, satellite TV, private bathroom, and shower with hot water.

Suite apartments: In the bedroom - double bed, private bathroom, and shower with hot water. In the living room - soft furniture, television, refrigerator.

Hotel "HUT" is designed in a hunting style, across three levels. Accommodation is available in furnished double, triple, and quadruple rooms.

Standard: simple triple and quadruple rooms - beds, clothing racks, television. Shared bathroom on the floor.

Junior suite: beds, nightstands, clothing racks, satellite TV, private bathroom.

Suite: beds, nightstands, clothing racks, satellite TV, private bathroom, and shower.

• Equipment is not provided for seminars, etc.
• 1 coffee break at $4.5 per person.

Additional Services.

The administration of the ski base provides the following services: ski lift services, ski equipment rental. Beginners can take advantage of the services of an experienced instructor. There is also a bar, café, billiards, table tennis, and sauna for guests.
