Clean air, unique mountain landscapes – all this makes Kyrgyzstan attractive for winter recreation at ski resorts. One of the appealing ski resorts is ZiL, located 35 km from the city of Bishkek, which is its incomparable advantage.
The ski resort is situated at an altitude of 1850 meters above sea level in a picturesque gorge. ZiL has two cable cars and three slopes for descent.
The length of the first slope is 2.5 km. A tow lift is used for skiers to ascend. The height difference along the entire length of the slope ranges from 180 m to 221 m.
The second slope has a length of 1.8 km. Here, a 2-seat chairlift is used for ascending the slope. The height difference on this slope is 317 meters, with a gradient of 9%.
The third slope is designed for beginner skiers and has a length of 350 meters.
On the territory of the ski complex, there is a hotel for accommodating guests. There is also a café where you can try a variety of dishes. For parking, there are 7 lots that can accommodate up to 600 cars.
