Resort "Teplye Klyuchi".

Located 35 km from Bishkek. The resort complex is situated at an altitude of 2000 m above sea level in the beautiful Alamedin gorge on the banks of the river of the same name, and will bring only positive emotions at any time of the year.

On the territory of the recreation base, there are surface springs and wells with mineral water, the temperature of which is around 53 degrees. This water is widely used for the treatment of many diseases, including rheumatism, polyarthritis, and radiculitis, while radon baths have a beneficial effect on immunity. For the accommodation of patients at the "Teplye Klyuchi" recreation center in Bishkek, there are 9 three-block cottages, each block containing 2 rooms with one shower and toilet.

Conditions and cost of accommodation: 3-4 person cottages - 1,130 som/person per day.

Patients undergo therapeutic and wellness procedures, including circulation therapy and Charcot shower, baths based on mineral water, and a swimming pool with mineral water at 25-33°C, which is naturally replenished, manual massage, electrical mud therapy, physiotherapy, and paraffin therapy. Guests also have access to a physical therapy room. During the spring-summer period, treatment using mare's milk is conducted at the "Teplye Klyuchi" recreation base, which helps to completely cleanse the body of accumulated toxins. This course can be taken from May 25 to July 25.

Guests of the resort can enjoy rest rooms, a buffet, horseback riding, billiards, fresh kumis, and a waterfall. The territory of the "Teplye Klyuchi" wellness complex features wells and springs, with mineral water temperatures ranging from 50-55°C. Such waters are used for the treatment of polyarthritis, radiculitis, and rheumatism.

Behind the cottages, there is a magnificent view of the alpine valley - an ideal place for a day trip out of the city.
