It is reported that a group of individuals, having Asian facial features and concealing their faces with medical masks, attacked the cash collector by spraying pepper gas in his face. After that, they seized two bags and fled the scene. The victim, a citizen named A.K., filed an official report with the police regarding the incident.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 207 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational-search activities, the suspects were identified: S.T. (born in 1988), I.N. (born in 1987), U.M. (born in 2000), and D.Sh. (born in 2002).
All detainees were arrested in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court decided to apply a preventive measure in the form of detention for all four.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
