The incident occurred on October 24 in one of the high-rise buildings on Frunze Street, where the girl fell from a balcony and sustained fatal injuries.
Imanbaeva explained: "The fact has been registered under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The girl fell from the balcony as a result of a conflict."
In connection with the incident, three people were detained: foreign nationals V.Y. (born in 1988) and V.T. (born in 1987), as well as citizen T.A. (born in 1988). All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
