On October 27 in Bishkek, during the raid "Behind the Wheel," a drunk passenger was detained who caused a scandal and insulted police officers, as reported by the inspector of the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs, Nadirbek Jusupov.

The incident occurred around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Gagarin and Timur Frunze streets when patrol officers stopped a KIA vehicle for inspection.

During the document check, it was revealed that the driver did not have a driver's license with him and suggested that the police officers accompany him to his home to present it.

While communicating with the police officers, the law enforcement officials became suspicious that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Similar signs were observed in his passenger, who behaved extremely aggressively, using foul language and threatening physical violence, promising to "call all his acquaintances from Ak-Orgo."

After examination at the narcological dispensary, it was confirmed that both the driver and the passenger were in a state of alcohol intoxication. Protocols were drawn up against the driver, and his vehicle was placed in a towing lot.

The passenger was detained and placed in a temporary detention cell of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department.
