Previously, the Patrol Service released a video showing how patrol officers stopped a drunk driver who did not have a license. During the conversation with the police officers, a drunk passenger intervened, starting to threaten and insult them.
A protocol was drawn up against 26-year-old S.A., born in 1997, under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The passenger was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department.
