According to law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on October 18 at around 4:30 AM. At the Ak-Suy turn, near a gas station in the village of Petrovka in the Moscow district, the assailants, concealing their faces with medical masks, sprayed pepper spray in the face of the cash collector and stole two bags, after which they fled the scene. The victim, a citizen identified as A.K., reported the attack to the Moscow district police department, filing a complaint. A criminal case was initiated under Article 207 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, the identities of the suspects were established: they are citizens S.T. (born in 1988), I.N. (born in 1987), U.M. (born in 2000), and D.Sh. (born in 2002).
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court has decided to keep them in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
