A citizen named A.K., who works as a cash collector, approached the internal affairs department in the Moscow district. He reported an incident that occurred on October 18, 2025, around 4:30 AM at the Ak-Sui turn, near a gas station in the village of Petrovka. Unknown individuals, described as having Asian appearance and wearing masks, sprayed pepper gas in his face and took his two bags before fleeing the scene. This information was provided by the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Chui region.
A criminal case has been registered in connection with this incident, classified under Article 207 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify and detain the suspects in this crime. Among them were: S.T. (born in 1988), I.N. (born in 1987), U.M. (born in 2000), and D.Sh. (born in 2002).
The detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
