The court proceedings revealed that local officials from the Datka rural administration of the Kara-Suu district, in violation of current regulations, distributed land plots for individual housing construction among 589 citizens without proper registration of decisions in the rural administration's journal and without following necessary procedures.
Some of these citizens were issued state certificates of private ownership based on the aforementioned illegal decisions, which also became a subject of the court proceedings.
As a result of the violation of established rules regarding the procedure for granting land plots for individual housing construction, the decisions to issue 41 land plots of 0.06 hectares each to 41 citizens were declared invalid by the Administrative Court of the Osh Region.
The court also ruled to return the agricultural land plot with a total area of 2.46 hectares to state ownership.
