Various institutions will participate in the celebration, including the Jalal-Abad Regional Kyrgyz Drama Theater named after Barpy, the Toktosun Tynibekov Philharmonic, the Culture Department of the City of Manas, the Regional Library, the Historical Museum under the City Hall of Manas, the Cultural Technical School, the Regional Center for Children's Creativity, the M.I. Glinka Children's Music School, the School of Fine Arts, the Children's Creative Center "Ariet," and the Choreographic School of JAMU.
The event will feature an exhibition, a theatrical performance, and a concert. Numerous creative groups, as well as students, teachers, and pupils, will participate.
