Culture is a reflection of the people, their pride, and spiritual wealth. The level of cultural development of a nation serves as an indicator of its viability. Your creativity and work make a significant contribution to enriching the spiritual values of society, strengthening the unity of the people, and preserving its uniqueness.
In recent years, the state has paid special attention to culture, allocating necessary funding. Active work is underway to modernize infrastructure: many cultural institutions have been renovated, theatrical productions, concert programs, and creative tours are supported. Musical instruments are being purchased, and cultural institutions receive them in stages. This allows for the creation of outstanding works of national art, which are then presented to a wide audience. Creative associations receive stable financial support, libraries, museums, and cultural centers are equipped with modern technology.
The strengthening of the material and technical base has given a new impetus to our talents, and in 2025, Kyrgyz culture was presented with dignity on the international stage: our artists took prize-winning places at festivals and competitions, demonstrating the creative potential of the country.
Your work keeps the fire of theaters alive, the national heritage is carefully preserved in museums, libraries continue to be a source of knowledge, and folk songs, kyuis, traditions, and customs live and develop.
