The Cabinet transferred 9.2 hectares of land from the military unit to the mayor's office of Karakol.

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, issued order No. 876-t regarding the transfer of state property to the municipal ownership of Karakol.
According to this order, the State Agency for Management of State Property, together with the Ministry of Defense, must transfer a land plot of 9.2 hectares to the city administration.
This plot will be allocated from the territory of military unit 92784, which has a total area of 24.7 hectares and is on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Defense. The land transfer is being carried out for the purpose of socio-economic use.

The city administration of Karakol has been recommended to accept the plot into municipal ownership, ensure its preservation, and carry out the process of state re-registration. The maintenance and upkeep of this plot will be financed from the local budget, while the use of the land should be limited to production, industrial, and social needs.
