The starting rental price is 218,730 soms per year.
Lot No. 2 is a plot of 2.93 hectares, also available for lease for 5 years. It is located at: Tokmok, Tokmokskaya St., b/n. The purpose is for industrial use.
The starting rental price for this plot is 202,170 soms per year.
Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted from October 27 to November 28, 2025.
The auction will take place on December 9, 2025.
