According to information from local authorities, the daughter of former deputy mayor Rustam Mirzamatov is using the land but refuses to settle her debt of 756,000 soms.
The municipal property management of Osh has already appealed to the prosecutor's office for a legal analysis of the situation regarding the land plot. The prosecutor's office, in turn, has sent a demand for the repayment of the debt, and actions are currently underway to recover the amount.
The recreation area "Akmaana" is located within the 50-meter water protection zone of the Ak-Buura River and covers an area of 61 hundredths. This territory contains three water bodies, as well as 7-8 platforms and other structures.
Rustam Mamyrovich Mirzamatov headed the municipal territorial management "Sulaiman-Too—Ak-Buura" in 2009 and served as deputy mayor of Osh from 2010 to 2014.
After the elections held on January 15, 2014, when Aitmat Mat Qadyraev was elected mayor, Mirzamatov left his position.
