According to information provided by the Bishkek City Police Department, one of the key events was the opening of a new building for the capital's police.
Attending the ceremony were President Sadyr Japarov, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the State National Security Committee Kamchybek Tashiev, as well as Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Niyazbekov.
Guests were given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the updated service premises and offices, as well as visit the Operational Response Center "102," which ensures round-the-clock response to citizens' calls. During the event, participants planted trees on the grounds of the City Police Department.
After that, the delegation headed to the Turdakun Usubaliev Square, where new equipment was handed over to representatives of the internal affairs agencies. In honor of the anniversary, the agency's vehicle fleet was updated with 101 units of equipment, including 81 JAK pickups and 20 CHANGAN X5 PLUS cars. Additionally, the police received 20 WY150T-9D scooters and 2 CAN-AM SPYDER ROADSTER motorcycles.
President Sadyr Japarov also congratulated the internal affairs personnel on their professional holiday.
As part of this celebration, under the president's directive, 35 new buildings for internal affairs agencies were opened, as well as a 32-apartment building for police officers, which is part of a program to improve service conditions and strengthen the material and technical base.
The celebration concluded with a ceremonial march of the law enforcement personnel.
