In the Panfilov district, a solemn event was held dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the formation of the Kyrgyz militia.

On October 31, the celebration of the 101st anniversary of the establishment of the Kyrgyz militia took place in the Panfilov district.

The Panfilov district was established in 1977, and at that time, the district internal affairs department began its work. Since then, the militia has been performing important tasks in maintaining order, protecting citizens' rights, and combating crime. The structure of the department includes investigative and criminal divisions, a juvenile affairs inspection, a duty unit, and a detention center. Currently, the department employs officers ranging from sergeant to colonel, among whom are three women and sports masters.
Attending the event were the district akim Bekmaat Masaidov, police colonel Talgar Mambetkaziev, veterans of the internal affairs bodies, heads of ayil okmotu, and institution leaders. They congratulated the militia staff on their professional holiday and presented awards to distinguished employees, including Honorary Certificates and Letters of Appreciation from the Internal Affairs Department and the district administration.

Particular attention was drawn to the poem "Al kim?" ("Who is he?"), recited by the chairman of the veterans' council, 77-year-old Kurmankaly Orozov, as well as a song by senior sergeant of militia Temirlan Bakyt uulu. A video chronicle titled "101 жыл Кыргыз милициясына" ("101 years of the Kyrgyz militia") was also shown, telling the story and service of the employees.
